Generate a space where we can bring together the most influential people in the crypto ecosystem, joining a special space where to gather large communities of the crypto ecosystem in Argentina, projects such as Txpipe, Cardano Newsletter, Finguru, Gluonlab, C3 Culture, also ambassadors from around the world, may have a place when visiting Argentina.

We want to provide an exclusive space for ambassadors and projects of the Cardano ecosystem, where we can exchange ideas, generate scalability with different points of view, also to do exclusive interviews in podcast with top quality equipment and to make content to spread the ecosystem in social networks, as updated information of the community with Cardanonewsletter, also to provide monthly internal workshops on topics related Cardano, a place where we can have a professional space for relationships and strategic alliances to continue scaling the crypto ecosystem in one of the countries with the highest adoption of the crypto world in Latam.

Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community

With this space we hope to foster intellectual knowledge among several teams that are currently in Argentina. One objective is that international projects have the opportunity to reach Argentina and meet people from the Cardano ecosystem. On the other hand it will be a space where audiovisual equipment will be provided for interviews and podcasts that we will use to disseminate quality content in LATAM and the rest of the world, in English and Spanish, as well as having a strategic place to make relationships that promote adoption in Argentina.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

We have a strong and demonstrated capacity to carry out our project with high levels of confidence and responsibility. We have conducted thorough prior research to determine the price ratios and accurately estimate the project's costs. Furthermore, we have meticulously evaluated various options in the Capital Federal area of Buenos Aires, examining a total of 30 available spaces.

Upon approval of the proposal, we commit to having a suitable space available for Cardano members within just 15 days. Our methodology ensures that the viability of our approach will be validated through a rigorous and transparent process, thus ensuring the success and satisfaction of all involved in the project.

What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?

Milestone 1: Deliverables:

Rental and Designation of the space for the Cardano Center BA, which will be subdivided into 4 spaces the working offices for the different teams and a cowork space to deliver workshops, a setup to record audiovisual content for marketing and podcast.

Identification and guidelines for the different work groups that will be part of the office.

Appointment of a Project Management for the proper administration and management of the space.

Purchase and installation of different devices for the space (tables for 6/8 people per office, chairs in relation to the corresponding amount).

Hiring of Internet service with capacity for the entire space.

Official inauguration event of Cardano Center BA.

Start of weekly activities.

Evidence of Cardano Center BA space equipped and installed in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

It is estimated an approximate of at least 50 people for the Inauguration Event of the Cardano Center that will participate in the different activities planned during the following months. The event will be attended by the Cardano Latam Community, the Cardano Newsletter team, Token illes, Finguru, txpipe, as media and event producer, and project leaders within cardano.

Events held will be shared with the social media community, as well as constant activity with its different guests.

Opening of the agenda of monthly events held for the Cardano community with different topics to be discussed according to availability with the referents.

Continuous publications following the details in social networks.

Milestone 4: Deliverables:

We will be podcasting with special guests from the Cardano ecosystem, as well as conducting a workshop on Catalyst and Cardano.
