Integrating Bubblemaps with Cardano will make every token and NFT collection on the network compatible with our tool, empowering users to investigate and gain insights into any project. • Milestone: Research and plan the integration of Bubblemaps on Cardano.
• Outputs: Comprehensive integration plan, detailed technical documentation outlining the data collection and visualization process specific to Cardano’s architecture, and potential challenges with the Extended UTXO model, Plutus smart contracts, and native tokens.
• Acceptance Criteria: Completion of the integration plan, reviewed and approved by both the internal team and external experts familiar with Cardano’s architecture (for example by DexHunter’s team)

Milestone 2: Data Collection

• Milestone: Collect and process all historical blockchain data from the Cardano chain since launch.
• Outputs: A fully populated graph-oriented database containing transactions, account activities, and smart contract events from 2017 to the present.
• Acceptance Criteria: Verification that the data collected matches the complete blockchain history, with no missing transactions or events.

Milestone 3: Computation & Processing

Budget: 130,000 ADA

Progress in 80%:

• Milestone: Reconstruct the top holders of Cardano tokens at any point in time.
• Outputs: A fully functioning "Big Bang" feature, enabling users to view top token holders’ data over time, and real-time bubble maps generated from the processed data.
• Acceptance Criteria: Successful testing of the "Big Bang" feature with accurate historical holder data, confirmed by user acceptance testing and internal validation.

Milestone 4: Cardano Frontend Integration

Budget: 40,000 ADA

Progress in 90%:

• Milestone: Adapt the Bubblemaps user interface for the Cardano network.
• Outputs: A customized UI reflecting Cardano’s identity, with specific design elements such as pages, colors, icons, and links that align with Cardano’s branding.
• Acceptance Criteria: Completion of frontend design and functionality testing to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Milestone 5: Public Deployment Setup

Who is in the project team and what are their roles?

In 2019, Nicolas and Leo co-founded Cryptonavia, a data aggregator for crypto that included prices, social feeds, sentiment analysis, GitHub activity, and more. However, they shifted their focus to on-chain data and discontinued Cryptonavia in 2021 due to the rapid rise of DeFi

Their long-time friend Arnaud joined them to create Bubblemaps. The team expanded when they connected with Cameron online. Cameron's dedication and energy led him to become the co-founder and CMO
