Bringing E.A Investors to Cardano

Our goal is to provide crowdfunding for all, from a small business in Japan to a 20-year-old in Taiwan who has a brilliant idea that can change the world, in both cases the lack of adequate funding impedes them to thrive and realize all their potential.

Though crowdfunding on its own will not solve all the issues along the way an entrepreneur or company can face, additional funding could be needed and investors as well should have a mechanism that allows them to securely invest and de-invest whenever required.

All of these can be easily done, through the Cardano's blockchain native multi token capabilities, facilitating the mechanisms for Tokenization of businesses by minting their Digital Assets in the Cardano blockchain, enabling funding and liquidity for both the company and the investors.

For all these to happen, we are developing and providing a platform as a service, in which companies can strategize, create, manage and sell their tokens. And for small and big investors the functionality to browse through lots of innovative ideas and choose to invest whatever amount of money they choose by purchasing their tokens.

Token Allies was funded in F7 in “Grow LATAM, Grow Cardano challenge and we are currently developing our first MVP( <https://cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea/382611> ), with an estimated delivery date in June 2022, which is a perfect timing for this continuation proposal that is focusing on the adoption and operation of our platform by targeting Asian investors.

Through different analysis, such as (<https://forum.cardano.org/t/number-of-ada-per-vote-funded-ones-catalyst2-7-list/95451>)

We realized that a big part of Catalyst voting power comes from East Asia and that reflects that there is a lot of investors´ interest in the crypto space. So we think it's a good idea to jumpstart our platform by targeting investors in that region. Achieving at the same time the goal of reaching out to people outside our ecosystem.

Our plan is to work together with the East Asia Community (Eastern Townhall, Swarm, Cardano Japanese Community and others) to articulate our value proposition to people in their communities and reach. Then we will produce promoted and targeted onboarding sessions for East Asian investors to increase our user base and platform adoption.

“East Asia is fertile ground for the adoption of Cardano. The return on intention (ROI) is likely to be high because projects in young and developing economies face less economic inertia”

Our Target is to onboard specifically East Asian Investors, not necessarily only current investors in the crypto space, bringing a new wave of conventional investors to Cardano.

Giving traditional investors the chance to get into the crypto space via our easy to understand, unique tokenization mechanism, will serve as a stepping stone in attracting them to Cardano indirectly, increasing our blockchain value and usage. If we succeed we will be impacting the following challenge KPIs

  • Did we increase the participation of the Cardano community and Catalyst teams with East Asian residents?

  • Was there an increase in Daily/Monthly Active Wallets (DAW/MAW) as a proxy measure of momentum and engagement

  • What is the novelty and appropriateness of solutions?

  • Are we on track to improve the lives of people using Cardano in East Asia?

  • What is the sustainability of proposals beyond the scope of Catalyst?

We also align with the requirement that the proposal has to originate or focus on East Asia and include east Asian team members or focus on East Asian participants.

Challenge #1 - Reaching a good number of investors in East Asia. In order to deal with this challenge we will be working with communities and influencers of the region that will help us localize our message, to better fit East Asian investors needs. Our onboarding sessions will be promoted and facilitated in a way to reach out to proper investors.

Challenge #2 - Driving Interest to the existing offerings in our platform.

Our process to onboard companies that wants to tokenize their businesses or products will be focusing in what an East Asian Investor will find of interest, seeking to produce a win-win situation to all parties

1st Week: Work with the communities (Swarm, Eastern Townhall, Cardano Japanese Community, etc) to create a timeline and content to be jointly released

1st Month: Content creation and Marketing Activities to promote Token Allies platform in East Asia.

  • Select the appropriate companies and publish their Initial Token Offering in the Token Allies platform

  • Promote and Host 3 Twitter Spaces and 2 AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions aimed to East Asian Investors

  • Self explained video aimed to the East Asian Investors

2nd Month:

  • Produce 2 on boarding sessions for East Asian Investors

  • Promote and Host 1 Twitter Space and 1 AMA session aimed to East Asian Investors

Total: 8.640 USD

  • Content and Community manager: 1500 usd x 3 months = 4.500 USD

  • Preparation and Host: 4 Twitter spaces (10 Hours), 3 AMA (8 Hours) and 2 onboarding sessions (10 Hours x 2 host). Total 38 Hours x 30 USD = 1140 USD

  • Paid Promotions: 1000 usd x 3 months = 3.000 USD

We are 3 partners from Argentina, who are active members in Catalyst, looking to leave a footprint in the world. We are passionate about the potential that Cardano can provide to people all over the world.

From the two original founders now our team has grown to a team of over 6 people in 3 different continents and we are looking to expand it even more!

Lucas Macchiavelli

-Lucas started his journey in the traditional stock markets, and quickly made his road into a passion at 19 years old. After advising several clients to traditional investments he turned his sight into Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain Technology, where he recognized it's life changing potential. Thanks to blockchain technology many doors that were previously closed opened, crowdfunding was one of them. After seeing the difficulties with traditional funding methods he came up with Token Allies, which he funded and now manages.
