Bringing Business to Cardano

Please describe your proposed solution.

Our goal is to provide crowdfunding for all, from a small business in Japan to a 20-year-old in Taiwan who has a brilliant idea that can change the world, in both cases the lack of adequate funding impedes them to thrive and realize all their potential.

Though crowdfunding on its own will not solve all the issues along the way an entrepreneur or company can face, additional funding could be needed and investors as well should have a mechanism that allows them to securely invest and de-invest whenever required.

All of these can be easily done, through Cardano's blockchain native multi token capabilities, facilitating the mechanisms for Tokenization of businesses by minting their Digital Assets in the Cardano blockchain, enabling funding and liquidity for both the company and the investors.

For all these to happen, we are developing and providing a platform as a service, in which companies can strategize, create, manage and sell their tokens. And for small and big investors the functionality to browse through lots of innovative ideas and choose to invest whatever amount of money they choose by purchasing their tokens.

Token Allies was funded in F7 in “Grow LATAM, Grow Cardano" challenge and we are currently developing our first MVP ( <https://cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea/382611> ), we also got funded in F8 in the “Grow East Asia, Grow Cardano” Challenge for targeting Investors from East Asia, which we are currently starting to execute.

Our plan now is to work together with projects from other blockchains to articulate our value proposition to business owners and founders. We will produce promoted and targeted onboarding sessions to increase Cardano adoption from businesses and projects outside Cardano.

Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.

“Already successful projects expanding from other chains to Cardano”

Our targeted onboarding sessions will include already existing projects from other chains and we will focus on the benefits of moving to Cardano.

“Who to collaborate with?”

We are already talking with people from the Polkadot Community, we even physically attend “Pokadot Decoded 2022” the biggest Polkadot event ever held and spoke directly with Gavin Wood, Cofounder of Ethereum and Polkadot. We are already looking for new ways of collaboration with the Polkadot community, which shares Cardano's view on a Multichain Future.

What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

Main risks would be not getting enough traction from businesses, that’s why we are already interacting with other communities, like Polkadot. In order to deal with this challenge, we will be working with communities and influencers outside Cardano, which will help us model our message to fit each community's needs

Please provide a detailed plan, including timeline and key milestones for delivering your proposal.

-Week 1-2: Gather information from potential communities to work with, create a timeline and content to be jointly released.

-Week 3-4: Content creation and Marketing Activities to promote Token Allies platform to new businesses. Promote and Host a Twitter Space to educate about Cardano´s possibilities.

-2nd Month: Create a Self-explained video aimed to new projects and businesses. Produce 2 on boarding sessions with projects from other communities and host an AMA (Ask Me Anything)

-3rd Month: Content Creation, Business registration and selection. After the selection process is finished, we will announce the chosen businesses for the initial token sale.

Please provide a detailed budget breakdown.

-Content and Community manager: 1500 USD x 3 months = 4.500 USD

- Preparation and Host: Twitter space (2 Hours), AMA (3 Hours) and onboarding session (4 Hours x 2 host). Total 13 Hours x 30 USD = 390 USD

-Paid Promotions: 1500 USD x 3 months = 4.500 USD

Price Variations & Unexpected (10% Budget): 939 USD

Total: 10.329 USD

Please provide details of the people who will work on the project.

We are 3 partners from Argentina, who are active members in Catalyst, looking to leave a footprint in the world. We are passionate about the potential that Cardano can provide to people all over the world.

From the two original founders now, our team has grown to a team of over 7 people in 3 different continents and we are looking to expand it even more!

Lucas Macchiavelli

Lucas started his journey in the traditional stock markets, and quickly made his road into a passion at 19 years old. After advising several clients to traditional investments he turned his sight into Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain Technology, where he recognized it's life changing potential. Thanks to blockchain technology many doors that were previously closed opened, crowdfunding was one of them. After seeing the difficulties with traditional funding methods, he came up with Token Allies.F7 Proposal Assessor & Cardano Ambassador.

Elias Aires (Community Manager)

After his first steps in trading, he decided to learn more about Blockchain technology. Created a Cardano brand, CardanoWeekly on Instagram. Doing SPO marketing he discovered how overwhelming the support of the Cardano community is and how the project and its ecosystem work via simplifying information for a more general audience. He then joined the Token Allies team where he transitioned his skills to a more institutional landscape.

Both Alex and Lucas are cofounders of the LATAM Cardano Community helping to building impact in and out of the Latin America ecosystem and hosts of the LATAM Townhall (<https://cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea/380974>) a weekly meeting for the Latinamerican community
