Please describe your proposed solution

We propose to launch a marketing campaign through a series of recognized events in Argentina, targeting 7K attendees and reaching + 1 million people on social media platforms.

The main objectives of these events are to improve Cardano brand awareness and attract new wallets to our ecosystem through pre-event and on-site incentives. To achieve this, we will collaborate with top-tier influencers and the best event production companies in the country.

Over the course of Cardano Month, our goal is to create a minimum of 2,500 new wallets and reach 1 million people through social media. This ambitious initiative will not only amplify Cardano's presence, but also encourage widespread engagement and adoption within the community.

Bringing builders and decision makers between the ages of 18 and 40 into the Cardano community, through brand positioning at Argentina's most recognized events, will allow Cardano and its community to become leaders in the Argentine blockchain industry.

Today, a widespread question in many industries is "Who is my target audience, and how can I reach them?". With our marketing solution being a new format within the Cardano industry, we keep in mind that brands create authentic engagement by understanding what motivates people. By raising awareness of the Cardano brand, it will allow the network to highlight its values while providing real-world utility to the Cardano Blockchain.

The main objective of these events is to make the Cardano brand recognizable to the general Argentine public. This will substantially increase the number of people interested in the ecosystem and as a consequence more young entrepreneurs will see a segment in which to propose their solutions and generate more Cardano solutions for everyday use.

Why Argentina?

For some years now, Argentina has been mentioned and recognized throughout the crypto ecosystem as a global capital for cryptocurrencies. The high level of adoption, coupled with the country's macroeconomic conditions, will allow this type of event to position Cardano as a Blockchain powerhouse, interesting outsiders to create solutions.

Other interesting facts, with more than 40 million people in possession of cryptocurrencies in Latin America; 4 out of 10 people who open a crypto app in the region, do so from Argentina. Also within the country, there are as many USDT wallets as there are registered bank accounts.

We are going to organize the Cardano month. A month where 4 events will be held for 1700 people each with Tier 1 influencers. This month will generate a reach of 7,000,000 people, and an onboarding of at least 2,500 Cardano wallets.

Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community

The positive impact of Cardano through this initiative is significant on multiple fronts. Firstly,Cardano will be in the eyes of at least 7 million individuals that have never heard about Cardano before, laying the groundwork for future initiatives and integrations with businesses by fostering prior knowledge of blockchain technology.

Additionally, we anticipate onboarding a minimum of 2,500 new wallets into the ecosystem, with the potential for subsequent remarketing tactics to further retain users and educate them on the capabilities and benefits of building on the Cardano blockchain.

This is the first step in the face of a proposal to foster consumption and trust, not only in the Cardano ecosystem, but in Blockchain.

Also, This is the first step towards continuing with a series of projects which we will present to Catalyst so that all the people who have created their wallets have a chance to become educated builders of general solutions to Cardano.

We will encourage and open new avenues in the industry to generate multiple marketing strategies which we will promote with industry partners like (Cardano Newsletter) and other major players in the industry.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

We have high probabilities of achieving the proposed objectives. With years of experience in event organization, we have developed strong personal friendships with the largest event production companies and influencers/streamers in Argentina. This rapport ensures that negotiations with them are 99% certain to succeed.

Moreover, our team is multidisciplinary, with expertise in blockchain technology, event planning, interpersonal relations, and creative tactics for acquiring new users and building brand awareness. This diverse skill set positions us to effectively execute our strategy and maximize the impact of the Cardano Month initiative.

We have dependency on the event production companies, such as Aura, Boomer Group, La Juanita producciones, Banana, NerdConf, C3 The Bow and Spot People.

In case the saturation of work of production companies, we have alternatives.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

We, through the experience we have working organizing events, understand that it is easier and more profitable to reach influencers through production companies and events. Achieving this with a lower budget than it should be.

First of all, from our experience working in organizing events, we can demonstrate that campaigns and objectives that would cost millions of dollars can be achieved for a modest price with an organized and orderly plan. This being for network utilities, a cost per acquisition, portfolio creation, interaction with contracts for on-site gift campaigns, and the insinuating cost we give to generating interest in these new technologies.
