We aim to make it easier for new users to understand and start using Cardano by creating a fun and educational series that combines Clay and 3D animations.

This series will walk people through essential steps like setting up a Cardano wallet, using dapps, and explaining key blockchain terms in a way that’s simple and engaging.

By using animations, we can break down complex processes into clear, enjoyable content that’s easy to follow. In addition to learning, users will be rewarded for completing each step, making the experience both informative and rewarding.

Our project will mainly engage new users unfamiliar with Cardano, but it will also benefit developers by bringing more users to dapps.

By simplifying the onboarding process and offering rewards, we aim to drive greater adoption of Cardano, benefiting the entire ecosystem.

Our project will have a positive impact on the Cardano community by making it easier for new users to get started with Cardano. The animated series will simplify the process of setting up a wallet, using dapps, and understanding blockchain terms, which will help increase user adoption. As more people understand how to use Cardano, they will be more likely to engage with the ecosystem, leading to more transactions, interactions with dapps, and overall growth in the community.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

We have been in the ecosystem for 3 years and have previously launched educational campaigns and workshops with IOG, Ledger and The Sandbox - as well as releasing our own content to benefit the wider ecosystem and protect users from scams.

What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?

Milestone 1: Study & Focus Group

• Outputs: Conduct a follow-up study and focus group with participants from previous sessions held with the creative team and IOG.
• Acceptance Criteria: Completion of the focus group sessions and analysis of feedback.
• Evidence: Focus group feedback and report on insights to refine the educational content and engagement strategy.

Milestone 2: Animation Production

• Outputs: Production of 5 shorts using Clay animation and 5 shorts using 3D animation for the educational series.
• Acceptance Criteria: Final delivery of all animation episodes.
• Evidence: Animation files, ready for review and publication.

Milestone 3: Marketing & Promotion

• Outputs: Launch targeted marketing campaigns to promote the educational series, focusing on onboarding new users. We will leverage our 65,000-strong community to amplify the reach, ensuring engagement both within and beyond the Cardano ecosystem.
• Acceptance Criteria: Achievement of engagement and reach metrics across social media and community platforms.
• Evidence: Social media analytics, marketing campaign reports, and feedback from both Cardano and non-Cardano audiences.

Milestone 4: Blockchain Integration & Reward System Development

• Outputs: Develop and implement a simple reward system using Cardano smart contracts to reward users for completing educational steps and watching each video.
• Acceptance Criteria: Successful testing and deployment of the reward system.
• Evidence: Live testing results and feedback from initial users who receive rewards.
