These issues can lead to operational inefficiencies and potential health risks.

Our Approach: To mitigate these challenges, we propose leveraging the power of AI and Cardano blockchain technology. The AI component will provide personalized medication advice and perform complex interaction checks, reducing the workload on pharmacists and decreasing the chances of errors. Meanwhile, Cardano blockchain will ensure secure, private, and transparent management of patient data, contributing to the system's overall integrity.
