After Town Hall by Catalyst Swarm

This Proposal is a follow up Proposal to the successful funded After Town Hall proposal in Fund 6 and 7. We aim to continue the After Town Halls and to increase the quality and improve the format. As initiators of the After Town Hall, we are proud that we have been able to establish an open and inclusive space for the community to present ideas, connect and meet with each other , enter safe and lovely discourse and to share visions and ambitions.

The Catalyst Swarm

Swarm is everybody who identifies with the vision to share ideas, visions and ambitions and to collaborate on building the future society of Cardano. We are representatives of the idea of an open, inclusive and diverse network of doers and visionairs, working hand in hand to add value to the Cardano Ecosystem and its community.

Background

Project Catalyst is an experiment to explore the highest potential of human collaboration. Swarm supports this mission.

We explore and maintain environments in which community members can meet, connect and share ideas with each other. Out of these collaborative and incubative community events, we see that people build relations and trust on which collaboration and whole projects start to emerge.

Offering an open stage to the community allows us as well to come together and to speak and discuss important topics and themes which matters to us and our community.

Further, the Catalyst Swarm After Town Hall provides a great place for newcomers to get directly in touch with community veterans, to receive guidance and mentorship and to have a great experience in getting a fast and safe onboarding experience

The format of the After Town Hall is one of inclusion. It has and with quality community support will continue to welcome new comers and get them quickly onboarded and engaged in the community where it best suits them. In this way the key metric of general onboarding to swarm sessions will be achieved, as the After Town Hall is a component and extension of the Swarm Sessions.

Hosted Sessions can be recorded and uploaded to the Catalyst Swarm Youtube Channel.

Increasing participation in After Townhall directly relates to the attendance of Town Hall. While Townhall grows so will After Townhall. The same can be said for falling attendance. If townhalls fail to gather participants then the growth and success of the swarm after town hall will also fall.

As this is simply the further funding of an already successfully implemented and ongoing process the main deliverables will stay the same as previous. This being the organizing, running and presenting of After Town Hall sessions on a weekly basis.

As we track and documentate the After Town Halls breakout rooms and hosts, we provide a transparent and understandable process of this proposal. The Community can check each week if the execution of this proposal is well done by visiting the weekly After Town Halls or catching up with recorded

All previously hosted rooms are tracked here:

We will continue to undertake Swarm After Town halls each week for the funding period. The project will be a success if each week an after townhall is executed each week with community participation.

This is a continuation of the successfully funded and implemented After Townhalls proposals and aims to enable resources to continue the After Town Hall for the next funding round. Further information can be found here:
