Please describe your proposed solution.
The Adosia team will “Build in public” as we design our governance framework to establish our minimum viable ecosystem. We will release the entirety of our work product as an open source <https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/> document and video series.
We will begin by performing an information gathering session and report on the current state of available governance frameworks from management, manufacturing, and information technology organizations.
Following this, the team will perform internal workshops to build our own initial governance framework. Then we’ll go for community input from all of the stakeholders in the community by participating in twitter spaces, after town halls, and youtube discussions to further refine the specification.
Lastly, we will deliver the full product, the governance framework that Adosia will utilize, as well as a retrospective with lessons learned and tips for other community teams that may want to build their own governance framework.
How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?
We address the challenge by creating Tools for prospective organizations to use in evaluating the features available in Cardano DAO's. We feel that our proposal will show an iterative process for community members to assemble their own governance frameworks for projects, leading to a more successful deployment of additional DAOs utilizing Cardano.
How do you intend to measure the success of your project?
This project will be successful when it delivers the new governance framework for Adosia.
Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?
The outputs of this project will be documents that are licensed under the <https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/> stored in a github repository. Additionally videos will be released on YouTube.
