We will rewrite existing law for our own usage based off the model of the UCMJ.

How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

This will bring a formal legal structure to the Catalyst Ecosystem which law can either be built upon, amended, or rewritten as cases are created.

How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

I intend to measure its success based on a formal ratification by the community via DripDropz or another voting system that Circle deems appropriate and only after approval from Circle. It is either all or nothing.

Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?

I plan to make a downloadable PDF and start a database of other downloadable PDF's that anyone can access that store all Catalyst documents.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability?

I have worked as a Paralegal for three years and I have written military law based off of cases relating to Cyber Security at the NSA. I am 100% capable. I average about 180,000 USD in paralegal work a year due to my skills.

Every Milestone is a main Goal. Every Milestone should be met every 1 week with a 1 week administrative period for submitting to Catalyst built in. There should be 2 months of extra time to review the law and for the community to provide feedback and input.

Each outcome from every milestone will further the legal structure of Catalyst. The overall output will be in the form of a PDF.

100,000 ADA priced at 0.25 cents to be paid to me for my services.

Any expenses I run into such as a website to store all this information will be paid for by me from the 100,000 ADA priced at 0.25 cents.

Who is in the project team and what are their roles?

I am the only person necessary for this project. I will act as writer, manager, community coordinator, and editor unless anyone else would like to.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

You will never get a deal like this again. I would normally charge at least 50,000 USD for something like this or 200,000 ADA. Most attorneys will charge you half a million to a million USD. If this is actually utilized, it will benefit the community immensely and immeasurably. If it is not used, it will not benefit the community.
