My solution to this issue is a series of educational podcasts stored on the Cardano blockchain. The series go on about basic sciences, substance harm reduction, blockchain technology, basic financial knowledge, blockchain, DeFi and much more both in English and Spanish.
We already have published over 20+ lectures on those topics, completely for free and they are for sure helping the Cardano community as a whole to up their game level. We have given to the community a good grasp of the scientific method and how to use it too.
I've been working for free all this time and to continue this valuable series would appreciate your support.
Upcoming series topics include: Linguistics and Development and Gender and Science (both in Spanish and English!)
My solution gives the much needed education that everyone needs and should have as a basic human right.
Using the guidance questions provided on the challenge brief I have provided a summary of how the proposal addresses the fundamentals of this challenge.
Guiding questions:
- How can we ensure future efforts benefit from the work that is funded today?
-Education is one of the most invaluable assets, helping empower whole communities and helping create new batches of developers and creators for the community. We help educate the future generations of Cardano creators and devs.
- How do we align between different open source community efforts?
-The nature of the conversations being held in the Spaces usually gathers many creators, artists and developers that want to learn as well as share their knowledge.
- How can we encourage experts to collaborate and share their knowledge and work?
-One of the main ideas that is stressed in the spaces together with a proper use of the scientific method, is that development in sci and tech has always been thanks to the collaborations of many minds. Many developers and creators have met in my spaces and started their own project together.
- How can we develop a sustainable ecosystem while sharing knowledge and efforts?
-This is basically all what my project is about. Sharing knowledge is an ethical and moral obligation for scientists like me. We ensure that all the education we are providing is backed up by sources and up-to-date. We work really hard for giving TOP QUALITY education to the Cardano and blockchain community as a whole.
The main issue I've been having with my project is the lack of funding. I am a PhD student and hence have no time to carry a normal "fiat farming" job along with my NFT project. As all my educational material is completely for Free I don't get much from that either.
Paying my bills and getting proper tools for continuing this work is the main issue I've faced (for example, I will be getting an iPhone to have better connectivity and to give the community better Twitter Spaces experiences, as my Android phone usually ruggs and it gets really annoying).
