We aim to empower early-stage and startup businesses within the Cardano ecosystem by equipping them with the tools and guidance they need to succeed in today’s competitive landscape. Through a partnership with Business Atelier, a leading business accelerator, we have developed a dynamic support system to ensure these businesses are market-ready.

Key Impact Areas:

1 - Workshops: We will offer a series of workshops that provide participants with hands-on, real-world knowledge of entrepreneurship. These workshops will cover areas such as finance, legal structuring, human resources, and marketing. Designed specifically for blockchain-based businesses, they will prepare participants for every stage of development and equip them with practical skills to face market challenges.

2 - Business Readiness Assessment & Mentorship: After completing the workshops, businesses will undergo an assessment to gauge their market readiness. A select group of standout participants will be paired with experienced mentors for one-on-one sessions, focusing on finance, business development, accounting, and marketing strategies. These mentorships will provide tailored guidance to address specific business challenges and accelerate their market entry or growth.

3 - Marketing ToolKit Awards:

To further support promising businesses, we will offer a personalized Marketing Toolkit to help them establish a strong market presence. This toolkit will include:

  • A consulting session with a marketing specialist
  • A tailored marketing plan
  • A brandbook to refine their brand’s identity and messaging

Additionally, one exceptional participant will receive extended resources, such as:

  • Landing Page Design and Optimization (If needed)
  • Social Media Content
  • Public Relations support, including press release drafting and distribution
  • A small budget for paid advertising to kickstart their marketing campaign

This targeted support will help businesses launch their marketing efforts effectively and reach a broader audience.

What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?

Milestone 1: Milestone 1: Pre-Production

Milestone Outputs: Pre-Production Planning Report detailing the roadmap for the entire project.

Acceptance Criteria: A finalized document, reviewed and approved by the project team, outlining key details such as the timeline, project onboarding plan, workshop execution strategy, consultancy session methodology, and award distribution process.

Evidence of Milestone Completion: A link to the Pre-Production Planning Report PDF.

Milestone 2: Milestone 2: Project Onboarding & Introductory Workshop

Milestone Outputs: Completion of project onboarding for participating businesses and the successful execution of the introductory workshop.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Onboarding of a minimum of 10 businesses.

2. Conducting the Introductory Workshop covering predetermined key topics from the M1 pre-production report, with at least 5 participants attending the live streamed session.

Evidence of Milestone Completion:

1. A link to the Business Onboarding report, including a list of participants.

2. A link to a video summarizing the Introductory Workshop recording, highlighting key moments and participant engagement.

Milestone 3: Milestone 3: Remaining Workshops, Diagnosis, 1-on-1 Consultancy Sessions & Award Distribution

Milestone Outputs:

Completion of 3 workshops, a Diagnosis Report identifying the market readiness of selected businesses, at least 3 one-on-one consultancy sessions, and the distribution of Marketing Toolkit Awards to a minimum of 3 selected businesses.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. All 3 workshops must be delivered according to the planned schedule, covering the key topics outlined in the M1 pre-production report. A minimum of 5 participants must attend each live streamed session.
  2. Diagnosis reports must be provided for 10 selected businesses based on predefined criteria for business readiness.
  3. At least 3 businesses must receive tailored consultancy sessions, with feedback collected from both the consultant and the businesses to assess the effectiveness of each session.
  4. Marketing Toolkits must be awarded to at least 3 businesses. Each toolkit must include an initial meeting/consultation with a Marketing Specialist, a Marketing Plan tailored to their specific needs, and a brandbook to guide their brand’s identity and messaging.

Evidence of Milestone Completion:

  • A video summarizing the workshop recordings, showcasing key moments and participant engagement.
  • A diagnosis report including a list of participants and an overall summary of findings, while keeping individual business details confidential.
  • A comprehensive feedback report from both the consultant and businesses, evaluating the consultancy sessions.
  • A Marketing Toolkit Award distribution report detailing selection criteria, the contents of each toolkit awarded, and feedback from both the marketing consultant and the businesses that received the toolkits.

Final Milestone: Milestone 4: Final Report & Project Close-Out

Milestone Outputs: A final report summarizing the entire project lifecycle, including project outcomes, challenges, and impact analysis.

Acceptance Criteria: The final report should include feedback from businesses, project’s challenges and any lessons learned.

Evidence of Milestone Completion:

  1. A downloadable Final Report document.
  2. A final close-out video summarizing key moments and achievements.

Project Lead: Natalia Rosa, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Film, brings over a decade of experience working, directing and supervising production departments for various film, television, and multimedia promotional campaigns. She has worked on award-winning projects and with renowned artists. Natalia will leverage her expertise in project management and multimedia production for AdaLink.

1 - Project Management - 20,000 ADA/~$7,000

This budget covers the oversight and coordination of the entire project, including managing the team, overseeing deadlines, ensuring deliverables, and ensuring effective communication between all service providers and participants.

2 - Project Onboarding & Diagnosis - 5,000 ADA/~$1,750

This allocation covers the costs related to onboarding Cardano businesses, setting up the processes, and diagnosing each business’s market readiness. This will include time spent analyzing their needs, offering feedback, and preparing them for the workshops and one-on-one consultancy sessions.

3 - Workshop Creation and Distribution - 22,000 ADA/~$7770

This covers the production and distribution of the 4 planned workshops. It includes workshop material development, inviting expert speakers, and managing the delivery to the businesses.

4 - Business Consultancy Sessions - 10,000 ADA/~$3,500

This covers the cost of personalized one-on-one consultancy sessions with selected businesses. The consultancy sessions will provide tailored support on business development, finance, and marketing, ensuring these businesses are ready to grow and scale. It includes payments for professional consultants involved in these sessions.

5 - Marketing Toolkits Awards - 40,000 ADA/~$14,000

This allocation is dedicated to providing the top-performing businesses with a comprehensive marketing toolkit that includes brandbooks, marketing plans, and other essential marketing resources like website design, PR campaigns, and paid advertising funds.

6 - Frenchies Club Community Voting Rewards - 3,000 ADA/~$1,000

This pool is set aside to reward Frenchies Club members who vote for the businesses that will receive the Marketing Toolkits Awards. By distributing rewards to voters, we promote transparency and decentralization in the selection process, encouraging community engagement and participation.
