Please describe your proposed solution

The core use case will simply be to provide themed space (website/app/knowledge-sharing/community) where a tattoo shop can mint a tattoo they are selling as an NFT and send it to their client.

Web+mobile greatly facilitated supply-meets-demand platforms to blossom. We got Amazon as an all-in-one shop, but we also got a myriad of tematic supply-meets-demand platforms. Uber, AirBnB, Netflix, Tinder…

Mass adoption will come not just from the core blockchain tools or one-size-fits-all platforms, but from small niche projects that onboard and promote crypto in a word-of-mouth fashion between friends.

NFTs for some brand I like, Social tokens for a football club, the (payment/whatever)Token which is a project of my region/country or by someone I relate to.

Implementation:

As described in the Milestones of this proposal, this project has different sides for Community building, Knowledge base grooming and Technical building. Our goal is that these feed onto each other to create a solid brand in Cardano.

Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community

This project will bring together the permanence of a tattoo with the permanence of blockchains, in a way that onboards the tattoo shops that will differentiate their product and makes the tattoo holders want to share the idea. Also, it intimately bridges with the idea of physical assets and 'metaverse' assets.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

45B is composed of and has access to professionals with an extensive track record of delivering solutions in Finance, Banking and other lines of business. Also they are responsible in helping the promotion and socials of some players in the Cardano ecosystem.

Having deep understanding on how the Cardano blockchain can be used, we are in an ideal position to take this project forward. Also, we are eager to turn outwards to the global tattoos community and onboard them to Cardano.

Milestone 1: Bootstraping the community

Milestone 2: Ideating use cases and business models+requirements

Milestone 3: Technical research aligning with requirements

Milestone 4: Establishing a knowledgebase

Milestone 5: Building the tooling

Final Milestone: As a closing of our project, we will open-source all resources that we used throughout the project (community and technical side).
