KPIs against Challenge Objectives

By end of Q3 2022 (tracking along the way), we expect:

20,000 NFTs minted to keep track of land ownership
40,000 NFTs minted to keep track of player inventory
5000 Cardano wallets registered as players in the virtual world
3 games created in the virtual world with at least 1 tournament

Key roles to hire

Additional game developers with strong multiplayer background
Plutus developers to help build smart contract market place and inventory system within the virtual world
Backend and frontend developers to focus on the creator's platform

Use of Fund7 Funds

In January we expect to have an internal version of the virtual world that can handle up to 100 CCUs. At this point, we would need additional team members to focus on different areas of the virtual world. The fund7 fund will be used as follows:

$18,000 - 2x developers (1FE & 1BE) for creator's platform for 3 months
$12,000 - Plutus developer for 3 months in different parts of the virtual world
$5,000 - Freelance 3D artist when needed for inventory and building models
Total: $35,000

The funds from fund7 will help ensure the roadmap set out above will be achieved by streamlining the different development areas needed to achieve the goal of a public release of the virtual world in Q3 2022.
