Catalyst presents a tremendous opportunity for the community to contribute and build a career within the sustainable ecosystem of Cardano. However, only a few individuals in the Vietnamese community truly understand and actively participate. The majority remain focused on exploring new ecosystems and engaging in speculative activities within the blockchain space.

With three years of experience in creating informational blockchain content on the TikTok platform in Vietnam, we recognize the need to expand Catalyst's presence within the community. Leveraging our strength in producing viral videos tailored to the Vietnamese audience's preferences, we aim to bring information about Catalyst to a wider Vietnamese audience.

This project targets viewers who are developers, as Vietnam is home to many talented developers who can generate valuable ideas for the community. Furthermore, the community will enthusiastically participate in various aspects of Catalyst, such as Community Review and Voting, to earn deserving rewards and collectively build a sustainable Cardano ecosystem.

To demonstrate the project's impact, we will provide tracking files for updates across 3 stages. The community can verify progress by directly viewing the products on the platform, ensuring fairness and transparency. The project's impact will be measured by view counts and comments on the videos

Detailed Plan: We will produce 8 viral TikTok videos with the following content:

1. Catalyst Information (7 videos): The content will include what Catalyst is, how to participate, how to write proposals, key considerations, the latest updates, and the top criteria for funding approval."
2. Exciting funded proposals for inspiration (1 videos): We will select 6-12 proposals from previous funds in each challenge to introduce to viewers, aiming to inspire the Vietnamese community. The purpose is to encourage the community to see that if they have innovative ideas that can create real value, they should form teams and participate immediately to bring their ideas to life.

For the Cardano ecosystem: This project will help many individuals in Vietnam gain a clear understanding of and actively participate in Catalyst, thereby fostering competitiveness and improving the quality of proposals. Talented developers will deploy Dapps that bring real value to the community.

For the community: This can be an opportunity for many talented developers in Vietnam to start their careers. It's a chance for Vietnamese investors to join hands in building a sustainable ecosystem.

To measure the impact of this project, we commit to producing 8 viral videos over 8 weeks, and we will measure effectiveness as follows:

1. The series is expected to reach 280,000 views after 2 months
2. The series is anticipated to generate 240 comments after 2 months.
3. The video series will achieve a minimum of 12,000 likes after 2 months

The results will be compiled in a tracking file at 3 milestones and will be made publicly available for the community to verify. As for the interaction metrics, the community can check them directly on the videos posted on the channel amd Proof of Achievement on the Catalyst platform (in case the proposal is funded).

Through the series of Cardano content, individuals recognizing the potential and superiority of Cardano can join the 5 Minutes Cardano community to continue discussing, and learning from each other, thereby bringing significant benefits to the Cardano ecosystem.

Here are the steps to produce a viral TikTok video:

Step 1: Detailed Script Development

• Time: Day T-5
• The content leader will gather and synthesize information and knowledge relevant to the video's topic. Then, collaborate with the scriptwriting leader to develop and finalize a detailed script. All of this will be completed within 3 days.

Step 2: Video Shooting

• Time: Day T-2
• Once the detailed script is ready, the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) will shoot the video in a studio within one day. The video should ensure high quality and bring positive energy to engage viewers.

Step 3: Video Editing

• Time: Day T-1
• After shooting the video in the studio, the editor will need one day to process and complete the final video.

Step 4: Video Upload and Sharing on Other Social Media Platforms

• Time: Day T
• The video will be uploaded to the TikTok channel and shared on other social media platforms.

Step 5: Addressing Community Questions

• Time: Day T+
• 5 Minutes Crypto will continuously monitor and respond to questions and inquiries from the community. The purpose is to help the community gain a better understanding and contribute to the development of the Cardano ecosystem together.

Let the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem, we determine the project's costs based on the following factors:

• Cost analysis: To produce high-quality videos, we need to recruit staff with many years of experience and knowledge in the blockchain field. I have optimized personnel costs based on the average personnel salary for the blockchain and content creation industry in Vietnam. We also take advantage of what is available to save costs. For example, not including travel costs to the studio, makeup costs, unexpected incidents…Here is a snapshot of the reference salary for experienced content writers in the Vietnamese market. Incomes range from 20 to 30 million VND, which translates to an average of $1,250 for 160 working hours, or approximately $7.8 per hour.

• Optimizing resources: Our team consists of highly skilled and reliable members who excel in their respective tasks. They actively incorporate technological advancements into their work processes to deliver quality products to the community at the most reasonable cost. Moreover, they are passionate about Cardano and aspire to be part of the ecosystem for the long term.

This project will bring value to the blockchain community in Vietnam and the Cardano community. With the knowledge that this series brings, the Cardano Vietnam community will have many new members joining hands to build the ecosystem. At the same time, they attract talented developers to choose Cardano to develop their projects.
