• Success of Fund 11 Proposal: The series of 8 TikTok videos funded by Catalyst in Fund 11 was completed ahead of schedule and received significant community engagement (views, reactions, comments, shares). This demonstrates that the Vietnamese community is highly interested in Cardano's technologies if conveyed in a concise, simple, and understandable manner.

• Continuous Community Education on Cardano: The 8 videos from the Fund 11 proposal only covered basic knowledge about Cardano. There are still many advanced technologies within Cardano that the Vietnamese community has not yet received or understood due to their complexity and language barriers.

• High Speed of Technological Progress on Cardano: Technological advancements on Cardano occur rapidly and extensively, such as the Chang hard fork, the Intersect organization, the SanchoNet governance network, the Midnight partner chain, as well as knowledge about various versions of Ouroboros, Hydra technology, etc. Normal investors typically do not have enough time and English proficiency to keep up with and fully understand these technologies and organizations to recognize Cardano's vision and potential.

• Attracting New Investors and Developers to Join Cardano: New investors are easily attracted by airdrop projects or focus solely on short-term trends, leading to short-term investment decisions. Additionally, ecosystems fiercely compete for skilled developer resources. Cardano needs to maintain media presence to provide knowledge derived from thorough scientific research, thereby attracting long-term investors and new developers to participate in ecosystem development.

• Compile information from Cardano's official sources: Information used for the content will be gathered from Cardano's official sources such as Essential Cardano website, Cardano.org, Midnight, IOHK Research, Charles Hoskinson's YouTube channel, and Cardano Foundation's CBCA course content. This information will then be edited to be concise, simple, and understandable for the Vietnamese community.

• Create quality, concise, and understandable videos: Utilize visually appealing illustrations, vibrant graphics, and relatable examples from daily life to convey the edited content. This approach aims to help viewers understand the core solutions and recognize the potential of Cardano's technological advancements. A detailed list of content for the series of 12 TikTok videos will be developed.

• Publish on 5 Minutes Crypto media channels: The series of 12 TikTok videos will be published on 5Money TikTok channels (with over 263,000 followers, 3.9 million likes), the 5 Minutes Crypto Telegram community (with 45,000 subscribers), and the 5 Minutes Cardano Vietnam Telegram community (with 1,000 subscribers).

• The series is expected to reach 420,000 views in total, with an average of 35,000 views per video.
• The series is expected to attract 360 comments in total, averaging 30 comments per video.
• The series is projected to achieve a minimum of 36,000 likes, averaging 3,000 likes per video.

With the success of the completed proposal in Fund 11, 5 Minutes Crypto is extremely confident in the interaction from the Vietnamese community. Our team has doubled the goal for video likes, aiming for an average of 3000 likes per video, up from 1500 likes per video in Fund 11.

We also reduce the expected number of comments per video compared to the proposal in Fund 11 (30 comments/video instead of 40 comments/video) through observing the actual comment rates. • Once the detailed script is ready, the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) will shoot the video in a studio within one day. The video should ensure high quality and bring positive energy to engage viewers.

• After shooting the video in the studio, the editor will need one day to process and complete the final video.

Let the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem, we determine the project's costs based on the following factors:

• Cost analysis: To produce high-quality videos, we need to recruit staff with many years of experience and knowledge in the blockchain field. I have optimized personnel costs based on the average personnel salary for the blockchain and content creation industry in Vietnam. We also take advantage of what is available to save costs. For example, not including travel costs to the studio, makeup costs, unexpected incidents…Here is a snapshot of the reference salary for experienced content writers in the Vietnamese market. Incomes range from 20 to 30 million VND, which translates to an average of $1,250 for 160 working hours, or approximately $7.8 per hour.

• Optimizing resources: Our team consists of highly skilled and reliable members who excel in their respective tasks. They actively incorporate technological advancements into their work processes to deliver quality products to the community at the most reasonable cost.
