However, they have not paid much attention to the Cardano ecosystem, with over 80% of investors focusing their attention and funds on advertising-intensive new ecosystems.
• I am a Cardano investor, and I understand the potential and sustainability that Cardano is building. At the same time, I hope that the Vietnamese community can join together in building this ecosystem.
• I have been creating creative content about finance and blockchain on TikTok Vietnam for 3 years and have noticed that TikTok is a trending platform that the Vietnamese community is highly interested in. However, there is very little educational content about Cardano on TikTok, and the interaction and effectiveness are low.
• I will create educational videos about Cardano targeting both investors and developers, aiming to encourage more talented individuals in the Vietnamese community to participate in building the ecosystem. A series of 8 videos about Cardano Education over 2 months on TK Ventures TikTok channels, on the following topics: Cardano ecosystem potential, a guide to creating and storing ADA wallets, the technologies Cardano is currently developing, a comparison between Cardano and Ethereum, a tutorial on buying and selling within the Cardano ecosystem, a guide to staking ADA, the steps to becoming an SPO (Stake Pool Operator), and instructions on participating in ecosystem development contributions…

• To produce high-quality videos, we need to recruit staff with many years of experience and knowledge in the blockchain field. I have optimized personnel costs based on the average personnel salary for the blockchain and content creation industry in Vietnam. We also take advantage of what is available to save costs. For example, not including travel costs to the studio, makeup costs, unexpected incidents…

• I have taken a snapshot of the reference salary for experienced content writers in the Vietnamese market. Incomes range from 20 to 35 million VND, which translates to an average of $1,250 for 160 working hours, or approximately $7.8 per hour.

• The personnel I have carefully selected for this project possess higher skills compared to the personnel that other companies are currently recruiting. This is because they have been working alongside me in building the largest Crypto information channel in Vietnam

• This project will bring value to the blockchain community in Vietnam and the Cardano community. With the knowledge that this series brings, the Cardano Vietnam community will have many new members joining hands to build the ecosystem.
