5-6 lang Short Explainer Animations

Please describe your proposed solution.

Animated videos are great in conveying complicated topics in a fun and educational manner, whether they are presented online or offline. The usage of animated characters improves the capacity of a website to inform above the usual reams of text and images. Furthermore, animations are less expensive and easier to produce than traditional business films. We've been making animated explainer films for years and have a well-defined process for developing the design and screenplay for every animated video. and remember in 6 different languages

We might begin with these topics:

What is Catalyst?

How does the Catalyst Swarm Fund function?

Easy quick guides for PAs or VPAs

Funds Guidelines

and any other subject that the community needs to comprehend.

Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.

We will make 5 two-minute high quality animated films on the most important issues identified by the Cardano community, with each movie available in six different languages, the deliverable would be 30 videos. The goal behind these films is that they will be made available to the Cardano community to be used at their discretion.

Nothing is more frustrating than not knowing how to explain people what you do in a way that they understand right away. An explainer video allows you to offer your flawless pitch anywhere in the globe at any time of day. You are not even required to attend! And, if you pick the appropriate explainer video partner, you can just wind up with your Cardano story, which you can use in pitches, on your website, email marketing, and other places.

You can simply share your narrative with the rest of the world now that you've perfected your pitch. So go ahead and wow them with Cardano knowledge. It's much simpler to share since you can submit videos to YouTube, Vimeo, and other sites that can be instantly distributed to anybody and seen by thousands, if not millions, of people. You may also bring it to meetings, conferences, and other events. You'll never have to worry about a bad pitch again.

Cardano's users can take advantage and see a tiny investment transform into a massive profit. Dropbox spent $50,000 on an explanatory film to communicate their narrative. It resulted in 5 million new users and a revenue of more than $24 million. Consider what we could accomplish with Cardano.

Furthermore, these movies may be translated into any language (at the beginning they will be in six languages), making knowledge available to everybody on the planet.

What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

Inability to fulfill deadlines

1: Determine how much time is needed.

Document how much time our team spends on each step of development for each new animation project.

2: Set specific development milestones.

Instead of thinking about a project solely in terms of its start and finish dates, milestones and periodic releases are the solution. We divided production into numerous phases, establishing smaller deliverables as we progressed. This allowed us to rapidly recognize when things weren't going as planned, allowing us to speed up operations, as necessary.

3: Get the customer on board with dates and milestones.

Not only do we need to establish and visualize those dates and milestones, but we also need to explain where we are in the project effortlessly.

Failure to stick to the budget

1. Prevent delays from occurring in the first place.

Failure to fulfill deadlines has a direct influence on the budget. Knowing what to do to avoid it will also save your life in this situation.

2. Be explicit about how much money is available for each stage of production.

Avoid spending too much effort into pre-production and not having enough for the subsequent production phases.

3. Determine the critical technological requirements

To prevent going "overboard," which may easily lead toward a project going over budget, be clear on what's required to meet expectations and campaign goals. It might be tempting to engage a certain artist or company to provide that outstanding character animation, but this isn't always the case.

Please provide a detailed plan, including timeline and key milestones for delivering your proposal.

From here on out, the timings are per video 90 - 120 second Complex Video, using the schedule in the link.

If you are funded, will you return to Catalyst in a later round for further funding? Please explain why / why not.

Of certainly, we would continue to do so because we are convinced that more people need to understand how this system works, and we feel that the best way to do this is to provide material that is really simple to grasp.

This is merely the beginning of a fantastic experience.

Please describe what you will measure to track your project's progress, and how will you measure these?

The ideal approach to keep track is using a Gantt chart, which will be updated live and will be accessible to everyone interested in the project's progress.

The following are the project's tentative dates:

Start: September 1 2022

End: November 18 2022

However, these will be determined by the project's assignment dates.

You can see the entire project here:

This link allows you to examine the project's details and overview whenever you choose, and it is constantly updated.

What does success for this project look like?

They should be outstanding videos in the Cardano style, but we believe the videos will have to:

Increase the conversion rate to increase the number of people who understand and begin new projects.

A large quantity of views suggests that we are supporting more folks in comprehending Cardano.

It is simple to distribute.

The principles described are easy for consumers to understand.

Please provide information on whether this proposal is a continuation of a previously funded project in Catalyst or an entirely new one.

We are a unique blend of Creative Directors, Illustrators, Animators and Producers based all over Latin America. From Argentina to Mexico, we have built a talented team that gives each project the best of our region.

When we were born, back in 2011, we already had a lot of experience under our belt. Over the years we have learned to think from our clients' perspective, to understand their goals and to work as a team with them to achieve them in a timely manner.
