As a result of the Fund6 project, the TustetedWeb (DID/VC) public project project, which is being promoted under the initiative of the Cabinet Secretariat of Japan, which was adopted as a result of the Fund6 project, is underway. We would like to modify the means of the hackathon, complete the verification system in the country project, and switch to the public. We recognize that this is the best chance to expand awareness of AtalaPRISM in Japan, and as a result, we would like to increase the number of participants in the Pioneer Program and create a base for AtalaPRISM to spread. (Deliverables are due at the end of March)
Proofreading of the English to Japanese translation is currently in progress. We are considering using this as a reference document for the DID/VC project that is currently underway and has been adopted by the government. This will be presented to the government in March and will be made public, so we expect a high level of engagement.
As a prelude to the Hackathon, we are concentrating all our efforts on the national bids that have been selected for projects using AtalaPRRISM, including to demonstrate to the public Atala's potential to expand as a platform. A prototype is currently under development. If the project is selected for the next phase of the demonstration, we expect to be in full swing to consider DID for various areas, including the Japanese government. We expect to see the greatest engagement effect for the masses and for engineers, which was our stated objective. Therefore, we will shift the priority of the project to the development of a prototype using Atala PRISM at this time as the top priority for deployment.
Translation of the text on AtalaPRISM provided by IOG is complete. After completion, the proofreading process is being commissioned. In addition to that, we are also in the process of preparing overview slides about the vision that DID will realize for the masses.
We are scaling up the platform to cover more Cardano dApps ecosystem. We supported 20 projects last month based on the KPI, but decided covering 100 projects so people can access more information of Cardano Ecosystem real time.

The translation of the Atala PRISM documentation provided by IOG has been completed by the team and shared with Pete at IOG. We are also in the process of preparing an abridged version of the slides to make the solution more appealing to a less tech-friendly public. We have begun recording voice actors for the creation of a voice comic to disseminate NFT content.We are working on the recording schedule for the NFT Mint video.
In preparation for the said project, Fund7 Atala Japanese Translation & CNFT is making steady progress. Please refer to that report for details. In addition, we have succeeded in having the project selected for bidding by the Japanese government. We will be developing and delivering a prototype as one of the candidates to be considered for adoption into the national system. If the system is adopted by the national system, the value of the hackathon will increase dramatically, as it will provide a foundation for many people to deploy systems using Atala PRISM. With this background, we are currently focusing on these two projects.
We just completed setting up beta infra for the purpose of completing the mission of our project. So, we will communicate with other communities so they can get translated up-to-date information from projects in Cardano ecosystem!
The timeline for Fund 7, Japan Localization, the project that precedes this project, has been pushed back, so we are moving the schedule back as well. On the other hand, we have applied to the TrustedWeb Promotion Council of the Cabinet Secretariat's DID/VC public solicitation project that was underway at Fund6, and if selected, we expect it will provide strong impetus for expanding engagement in this project. In addition, since this is a joint project with the Dentsu Group, there are high expectations that Fund8 will also be involved in the project.
Together with the Dentsu Group, we are applying for the TrustedWeb Promotion Council's national publicly solicited project (DID/VC) led by the Japanese Cabinet Secretariat. If selected, this will be a very strong promotional opportunity for the project.
We completed integrating 17 project to catchup all news directly coming from each projects' PR channels including official blog & Telegram. Regarding IOHK blog, it it prohibited from taking contents from RSS technically. It will be highly appreciated if they can provide body-contents from their blog through RSS or custom RSS for us so we can share them with Japanese Cardano & blockchain communities in Japanese.
The translation of the AtalaPRISM documentation is well underway with the team and is being executed, including detail checks.
We are working on the localization of the AtalaPRISM document in Japan, which is a Fund 7 project, and will start working on this project from the end of that project.
We are adjusting small bugs and errors so we will use it in live environment with Japanese local Cardano and other Crypto community so they will get project announcement in Japanese realtime. I did quick Twitter survey and found that each one want to circulate information of projects they like but struggling to catch up with them. I want to support them so Japanese community can discover projects they did not know so far.
We will start with the second half of the Fund7 Atala Japanese Translation with CNFT project progress.

Peter,Drew helped me to get a great document from AtalaPRISM which will be the source of the translation. Based on this document, we will translate it into Japanese and do our best to reach the Japanese masses. We are also working on a new engagement project, NFT, a voice-over animation featuring voice actors from Japanese anime. In addition, we plan to lobby major media outlets for Cardano, so we plan to expand the engagement of this project.

Most recently, we have proposed the use of blockchain for smart cities to the governing body and a major developer (Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. ), which is the lead organization. We have also been joined by a prefectural assembly member and Mr. Miyatake of IOG, who have been cooperating with us for some time. The main scope of this proposal is lobbying, and the project will continue over the medium to long term. Therefore, the proposal itself will be closed once. We will continue our activities and would be grateful for your continued support.
We are currently in the process of having IOG sort out the documents to be localized to Japan. Thank you very much.
