We are progressing on the translation process for the SingularityNet Ambassador program. We finished testing the process on Dework and next month, we will take it into use.

A marketing Guild has been started, which now generates new bounty tasks for SingularityNET community members.

Further we discovered that rewarded Bounties are a great way to attract Ethereum DAO participants to Cardano and onboard them to the Cardano Blockchain via rewarded Bounties. The most important experience has been build by figuring out how we are able to recognize, document and track community participation and engagement on-chain. Our collaboration with Gimbalabs and the use of Gimbal token allows us to explore effective processes with which we are able to trace engagements and store the on the Cardano Blockchain. The generated data by linking Cardano Native Assets to public bounties and team tasks will allow us to further develop reputation/meritocratic systems, tools and platforms.

So, overall, we indeed have some unexpected challenges but the proposal execution plays out quite well and we thank everyone who voted for us :)

Catalyst Swarm Bounties as Community Onboarding Dework is a heavily Ethereum based platform and people aiming to participate in the Swarm bounties to earn Ada, AGIX and Gimbal Tokens might be new to the Cardano ecosystem. On-boarding community comes into play here, as they are required to create a Cardano wallet to receive the funds/tokens, now making them Cardano users and holders.

Bounties & Token - Ada, AGIX, Gimbal Why do we add different tokens? To increase awareness and traction to projects. When a newly on-boarded community member receives the funds/tokens in their wallets, the likelihood of wanting to learn more about what the token is heightens, encouraging them to access (let’s say their) pool.pm and click on their newly received token. In doing so, they are met with accessible information and resources needed to get a better understanding of the project tied to the token.

We have identified and onboarded the 5 ambassador pioneers who will lead the first cohort. We participated the DeepFunding community governance round 1, and have generated insights and suggestions to improve round 2. We have successfully set up our bounty system on DeWork, as well as our Youtube channel. We developing a more transparent translation process for SingularityNet Ambassador program. We have been taking notes of the Ambassador meeting and TownHalls, as well as several working sessions to define the processes and procedures.
