We have successfully registered 13 LATAM candidates (9 Spanish Speaking and 4 Portuguese Speaking, 11 man and 2 women) that expressed their intention to become LATAM dReps, we are now moving into the Candidates campaign, where we will create spaces for them to be known within the LATAM Community and be able to express their intentions and rationales on why they shall become LATAM representatives. After that period we will hold a voting event, that we are talking with Snapbrilla, DripDropz and Sundae Swap to decide on which system we could use to assure a very open, transparent and democratic vote, where the community can elect their 5 dReps. Aside from this we have hosted several spaces and sections in our TH to promote and explain the dREP system and the LATAM dREP proposal so the community can understand why it is important and what will be achieved out of it.
We have closed the first development Sprint, that delivered the new look and feel and experience focusing on the Mentor, generating the code needed for the mentor to be able to invite proposers/mentees via a personalized link. We have also created a new process/lifecycle for the mentor to generate mentoring spaces that will be able to produce the proper guidance and interactions mentor-mentee to produce better proposals, this lifecycle is aligned with the Catalyst fund cycle that is also displayed and tracked within the app.
We have created the new UX design and reviewed all the current journeys for the users (Both roles mentors and proposers). After reviewing the insights we got from alfa testers, we concluded that the approach we were following with focusing mainly on the Proposer's journey was not working as expected, so we decided to produce a PIVOT and switch our focus to the MENTOR, creating a new Mentor's journey that is focused in bringing mentors to the platform and facilitate their work with proposers, so the Mentors will be the one that bring proposers to the platform and not viceversa. As the funding was delayed, we took advantage of that time, to advance this new journey and had started already our development based on that new Journey and Design.
We have announced the program in both LATAM Spanish TownHall and LATAM Portuguese TownHall, we have hosted a Twitter Space explaining in all three, the dREP program and our proposal's objectives and process. We have created two registering forms, one in Spanish and other in Portuguese and opened the registration for LATAM dREPs candidates. After the announcement from IOG that F10 will start not earlier than mid Q1 2023, we have decided to postpone the deadline for registration until December 8th, after which we will host several events and spaces for those dREPs to be able to express their proposals and criteria, so we can held an election of the 5 LATAM dREPs included in this proposal.
The team has already achieved its first MVP, even though we are continuing the developing and hoping our F9 proposal gets funded. The first MVP has all the basic functionalities needed to start some close trials with real world businesses and selected investors. We have integrated with the GameChanger wallet and with Blockfrost as the first interactions with the Cardano blockchain.
We have reached out to WADA, CATH leaders to present out Platform, the vision and the idea of onboarding Proposers and Mentors from Africa to our PMM platform, we have held a first onboarding session, and we are planning the rest.
Our MVP1 is completed, all the basic functionalities, search for a company name, register it, register the type of company, add partners, associate a wallet, be able to have a dashboard with your company and edit/change details. are all there.

This second phase of the project is complete, Graph DB model was enhanced and extended, project is now up and running in Netlify with a full CI/CD environment and will be launched in July. The Closure report will be provided the first week of July, so we can add the video and proper evidence.
I worked with the RootsId team and found that many of their code, will be of great use for DWill.
The project is progressing as expected with our first UX and Design phase.

We are progressing with MVP2 and we expect to regain velocity now Phase 1 is completed. The team is solid and progressing towards this goal, starting to test the system in closed beta.
I need to put all the research in a proper paper format in order to deliver it.

Hired Community Manager in charge of growing our community to prepare for launch. Also, Development team assembled and first sprint will start this following week.
Same comments as for the PMM Phase 1 project.
The research phase is concluded, I am now working on putting everything into the paper to deliver it.
Any harm bring some good, and as we face the delays on this first phase, we have been able to merge new features and expansion into the current code, so New Members engagement and some of the functionality of Phase 2 are being incorporated now, so we expect this will allow us to catch up with the new phases we have ahead.
We are confident that our new dev team is progressing quite well and will deliver on our promise.
Even when phase 1 is delayed and some tasks in phase 2 depends on it. We have started the definition of the new functionality and are creating the prototype extension for it.
I am taking the PLUTUS pioneers course, putting together the potential architecture and research on the different possibilities for the project. After that will start documenting it.
Not currently, probably next month ;)
