Cardano Healthcare Infrastructure
<p>There is no truly <em>secure, trustless, and</em> <strong>Decentralized Healthcare Infrastructure & Information Exchange.</strong></p>
Cardano Health Infrastructure
<p>Lack of <em><strong>Secure Healthcare Infrastructure</strong></em> to provide needed medical records systems and interoperability to health facilities in Africa.</p>
Community Pharmacy System
Solution: We will provide: (a) Pharmacy Information System & (b) Inventory System that government & private providers can use for better management.
Vaccine Management Platform + APIs
Solution: Our health solutions will provide: (a) Vaccine Information System for Doctors, (b) Vaccine Verification Platform, (c)APIs for Devs
Health DAO
Solution: Our Healthcare APIs can complement the power of Atala PRISM so that more healthcare providers can easily onboard.
Modern Hospital Management System
Solution: A modern hospital management system that is secure, private, interoperable, and works with the Cardano blockchain.
Healthcare Developers Onboarding
Solution: Hippocrades is a health infrastructure that makes it easy for devs to create DeHealth apps. We'll provide onboarding manuals and tutorials.
Decentralized Health Info Exchange
Solution: Capitalizing on the existing Hippocrades Healthcare Infrastructure plus blockchain and zero-knowledge cryptography protocols, a decentralized & secure healthcare information exchange is now possible.
Healthcare Providers Onboarding Quick Pitch
Solution: Hippocrades has already built healthcare solutions for clinics and doctors (part of the Catalyst funding). We'll raise awareness and provide onboarding guidelines and tutorials in the African region.
Medical Records Ownership Protocol
Solution: Rights & Ownership Enforcement platform that allows users - patients, providers, & health facilities to manage & audit their medical records while making them shareable in a decentralized exchange
Java SDK to Build Health App
Solution: Hippocrades has built a health infrastructure with APIs for devs to easily create a health app. Currently, it has a Javascript SDK already. We want to create an SDK to cater Java developers.
Rust SDK to Build Health App
Solution: Hippocrades has built a health infrastructure with APIs for devs to easily create a health app. Currently, it has a Javascript SDK already. We want to create an SDK to cater Rust developers.
Golang SDK to Build Health App
Solution: Hippocrades has built a health infrastructure with APIs for devs to easily create a health app. Currently, it has a Javascript SDK already. We want to create an SDK to cater Golang developers.
Python SDK to Build Health App
Solution: Hippocrades has built a health infrastructure with APIs for devs to easily create a health app. Currently, it has a Javascript SDK already. We want to create an SDK to cater Python developers.
Standardizing Health Interoperability: Putting FHIR in Blockchain
Solution: By integrating FHIR with the Cardano blockchain, we ensure verifiable and secure health data transactions between providers, enhancing trust and interoperability in the healthcare ecosystem.
ePrescription Medical App
Solution: In an ideal setup, doctors/clinicians can use an ePrescription app to generate legible prescriptions digitally, enhancing accuracy, patient safety, and cost-effectiveness.

The following are the Defined Rights that are now being encoded as part of the smart contract:
● Create. User can create a record. ● Read. User can request a record. ● Edit. User can update a record. The resulting integrity hash from the updates will be posted and accepted in the blockchain. ● Delete. User can delete a record. All stakeholders that have delete access must agree to delete before action is executed. ● Share: Grant access. User can provide access to a record. Either temporarily or permanently. ● Share: Revoke access. User can remove access granted to another user. ● Share: Sell access User can share to contribute or for profit purposes. All stakeholders must agree to sell before a record could be posted for sale in the marketplace.
Likewise development for the Components of a Medical Records have initialized: Identification Information Medical History Family History Treatment History Clinical Notes Medication Information Physician Personal Notes Diagnostic Results Medical Directives Financial Information Consent Forms

Just a brief background, Hippocrades is a Health Infrastructure that allows developers a few things: (1) Develop their own health apps using the APIs, (2) Use existing health solutions provided (3) Create their own health network. To make this possible, we put together an onboarding (signup/login) process including a dashboard. This is now done and ready - https://developers.hippocrades.org/. We are now putting together an instructions manual for this.
here's a demo of the finished HIS - https://youtu.be/WKQG9HBkL8k
Currently part of the Ariob Incubator Program (Ethiopia) which will culminate with a Demo Day on Sept 22. We are hoping that we can finish this app earlier so it can be part of the demo by this time.
Currently part of the Ariob Incubator Program (Ethiopia) which will culminate with a Demo Day on Sept 22. The dev onboarding platform hopefully will be fully set before this to start inviting devs to onboard.
none for now

Done with first phase of gathering system requirements and creating wireframes for the Hospital System. Please see attached screenshots.

just about to start officially
just about to start officially
the app can now create both published (SS: issuer-identity.png, issuer-identity-published.png)/unpublished (SS: holder-identity.png) identities
the app can also issue any type of verifiable credential using a published identity (w/c contains the did and keypairs) (SS: credential-issued.png)
the app can verify (using a custom format that is being readied for qr encoding) a credential (SS: credential-verified.png)
the credentials can also be rendered to other formats fo third party verification (like the prism verification webapp) (SS: prism-verifier-support.png, prism-verifier-app-compatibilty.png, prism-verifier-app-compatibilty-success.png)
using these integrations, a facility can issue a verifiable credential to its staffs/doctors for a portable KYC. Of course, the facility itself could also have a verifiable credential issue by the SaaS (or government) provider verifying its status as indeed a hospital registered to the SaaS (or government)
Currently on hold as mentioned above.

We're currently going through the Atala Prism Pioneers Program to learn more about how this works. We'll do system design once this is done.
