Initial tasks is to see best way to record all the transactions with multiple usecases (hold wallet keys, not hold wallet keys, keeo in ADA, change to FIAT). Working in collaboration with the treasury guild the best format for it.

We have started the research and have been reaching out to Catalyst members to learn their pain points and troubles when being onboarded into Catalyst after getting a proposal funded. This will help us find the correct content we need to add into the playbook so it can cater to the everyday new Catalyst users.

Great progress since the last reports. We organised an expert workshop session with CF and experts from the industry (the link provided in the next section provide more details). We are coordinating the feedback and work with CF and planning to have another session aiming for the Cardano summit. We also initiated conversations/interest from more players such for example: https://intracen.org, scbf.ch.

We had 2 sessions with CF partnership and finance team where we brainstorm what is needed to prepare to approach MF companies and CF team prepared based on it a ppt. Fabio and Yoram also had a great session with James from Gimbalabs to see the best approach.

We have created our first MVP, that has the basic functionality for a validator on the field, to register a farmer, a land and the different programs that will be used to generate carbon reduction and a way to report them to the NGO. And to the NGO to certify those reports and generate the Carbon Certificates to be able to sell them to companies that want to pay for mitigation.

We had an intro call with the founder of https://www.ixo.world/ to discuss collaboration regarding micro finance measurements and verifications. We also had a couple of sync calls with CF as well as with Gimbalabs. Finally we are discussing how we can also leverage the https://www.buildingbridges.org/2022-edition/building-bridges-summit/ conference and connect with this initiative.

The second phase of the project was extended to cover the full Proposal lifecycle, not only during Proposal submission phase (Mentoring) but also as Funded Proposal, to generate associated tasks for new members of the community to be able to enter the community by doing what they now. The Platform was transformed into a Catalyst people connector, so different actors can start working together in Proposals and make the ecosystem to develop faster and better.
