We continued our work to generate documentation on the tools of work that make our lives simpler at littlefish. This month that meant we wrote docs on how to use git, lettucemeet, and tackled some common problems you could face when using Miro. In addition to that we worked to research metaverses to use as an alternative place to hold community meetings.
We also started our work on understanding DAO tools building on Cardano. We expanded the meaning of DAO Tools to include platforms that help manage risk as a DAO (ie. investment platforms that can be used for risk management). To that end we did a deep dive on Cogito protocol, an AI driven investment platform. We also researched Mercurychat (a wallet to wallet chat tool) and did documentation on ISPOs to help DAOs decide if and when they need to be doing ISPOs.
See all this work in the link.
Our legal team is conducting legal research on the topics outlined in the proposal. The major early focus has been on the Legal status of earning through Project Catalyst, which is an immediate issue for all of our community that needs to be addressed. The team has researched this topic, wrote a document that covers it in great detail, and conducted a workshop for us in one of our weekly calls where they enlightened us on the topic and took our questions.
We've done research and curation of resources on several fronts. A team has focused on Project Catalyst, undertaking an effort the identify, and curate the various documents that make up Catalyst processes in one place, as well as the tools of Catalyst that make the process simpler. All in all, we plan to convert this information into a go to resource for newcomers by Fund 10. The team also started an effort to map out the various communities that make up Project Catalyst. We have a collection of resources listing 70 of the most known communities in one place.
A part of the proposal is about looking at other chains (Ocean) and learning about them. This part is focused on DAO Tools of the Ocean. Here we have taken a look at two such tools: Coordinape and Sourcecred. The fall of Sourcecred has especially resonated with us at littlefish, as we have much to learn from that event. So our researchers went in deep to learn about that tool and what has happened to it.
Finally, we created a wide scan of technologies building on top of Cardano that enable cross-chain activities in one form or another. We've prepared a google sheet where we outline all of these resources, open for everybody to use.
We've run multiple organizational IKIGAI workshops, all of which are detailed in the report in the links.
Legal research on the topic of earning through project Catalyst, writing the documentation of this research, consultation with the team at littlefish Foundation, and workshops. Details available in the linked document.
We've started running sprints with the community to research, investigate, and document Catalyst tools, DAO enabling tools in the cross chain, and Cardano tech that enables cross chain. We're working off of dework with our community, so check there for the details of this work, as well as our Discord for day-to-day discussion and progress of tasks. When our current sprint completes, we will have some of this be available on our knowledge base. You can also check the linked google doc for an in-depth look at the work we're doing.
We have run several sprints with the community to research about and write documentation on the topics we cover in the proposal. All details are available in the linked report.
The main focus for this month was the creation and delivery of an Ikigai survey. We had several sessions with the community where we brainstormed and developed the survey to be used at and after the Summit. This is to kickstart the idea of Ikigai beyond our organization, to get publicity and get eyes on the idea. All details are in the linked report.
Our work so far has mainly been on Miro, exploring the possibilities of Ikigai as a tool that can help digital communities like us have more visibility on it's members, and communicate effectively with each other about a variety of topics.
To that end we have completed 24 Ikigai's of various nature on our Miro boards, built an onboarding tool using Ikigai on our Miro, and are now working with c4c to build them a similar tool. Details on all this work is available on the linked google doc.
All work mentioned here is explained in detail in the evidence Google Doc.
Our work up to this point has been on two things: 1 - Researching, testing, and documenting Cardano Wallets For this we have written 10 wallet reviews, and created a comparison document
2 - Researching, testing, implementing, and documenting digital work tools such We want to make decentralized work, work :) That means getting the community to adopt and use well the tools of work. The first of those challenges, and the primary focus so far has been Discord. We have generated a total of 15 docs, most of which has been focused on using Discord better. We've also created an MVP document called littlefish Tools of Work which has a bunch of tools that we use, and resources on how to use them.
