Solution: Work with the Crypto Valley Association and the Swiss DAO ecosystem and give the community the tools to position Cardano as the L1 of choice for Switzerland via content, events, and partnerships.

Solution: <https://decentral.house/> innovation centre to promote Cardano to the Geneva entrepreneurs and support them with proposing impactful and meaningful (development) projects on Catalyst.

Solution: Recorded webinars and an easy-to-navigate wiki addressing the main risk areas to enable Cardano DAOs to form safely and succeed in building community, raising funds, and running great companies.

Solution: We will analyze the Fund 12 submissions, survey the community, and provide a snapshot of what other ecosystems are funding at this time, perform a gap analysis, and provide recommendations.

Solution: We will reach out to at least 30% of the projects that will not receive a grant from Fund12 to receive their feedback and help them resubmit more effective proposals and keep them close to Cardano.

Solution: We will provide 90-minutes of skilled Web3-focused legal advice to up to 50 Fund 12 projects, to either resolve small blockers or help them decide whether they need more extensive help.

Solution: In addition to providing support to Catalyst proposers, we will set up an off-the-shelf project management solution to manage the pipeline for key stakeholders in the ecosystem.
