We have translated the dRep whitepaper (22 pages = 5740 words) into Japanese and Vietnamese, and shared it with the Japanese and Vietnamese communities. During the last month, our work was: -Continue to work with the development team to perfect the necessary features. -Continue to post ads on the fan pages, and local Cardano community. We made 2 ads, reaching 13338 people. We will evaluate the effectiveness of these two advertising programs before implementing other advertising programs.

This is a new project funded in Fund 9, so this is our first report and we will start rolling the scheme out next month. This is a project to implement phase 2 of the project funded in Fund 8. The project funded in Fund 9 will start implementation next month. We will report progress over this month in the next report.

This is a new project funded in Fund 9, so this is our first report and we will start rolling the scheme out next month.

During the last month, our main work was: -Continue to work with the development team to fix the miss. -Continue to post ads on the fan page, local Cardano community -Create brochures about Service Marketplace, how it works, and the ordering and payment process. -Create manuals and regulations. As we mentioned in our last report, we had a bit of a problem with the payment feature and KYC. These are two important features of Service Marketplace, so we want them to be perfect. Therefore, we are temporarily not implementing marketing last month. However, we still prepare marketing tools, documents, and guides to be ready to launch marketing as soon as possible. After checking the issue in the checkout process, we found the problem only occurs when paying via Paypal. As for payment via domestic bank, everything is fine. Therefore, to save time, we plan to launch the domestic market first, then the international market. For international orders at the moment, users can pay with ADA but there will be some feature limitations.

The project is going slightly slower than anticipated, but shouldn't impact the planned completion date. We are taking it to step by step and trying to use Catalyst's funding most effectively. We aim to create a platform to serve the Catalyst community, proposer, and PA with high convenience. We are planning to upgrade this Service Marketplace to web 3, using ADA and other coins as a means of payment. However, we are struggling with the cost and time it takes to create a platform that can easily migrate to web 3 in the future. We are considering 2 options:

1. Continue to develop the current platform with funding from Fund 8 (saving cost: about 7400USD for phrase 1) and test it out at the end of October as reported. When we have a lot of transactions, we will create Service Marketplace (web 3 versions)
2. Add more capital to Fund 8 funded capital now, create a Service Marketplace platform with more features and easy upgrade to Web 3. Option 2 would require a lot more capital (estimated cost of over 30000USD) and the time expected for completion is February 2023. We will consider carefully and contact and discuss with Catalyst about changing the deadline if we choose option 2.
