I have been working with a student to train him and his sister for the PA role. We decided on going through two basic courses in an async manner and then meet to discuss and clarify any blockers they had. I'm currently waiting on hearing back to set up a session.
- Worked with Vinay (KONMA) to set up an event for training PAs.
- Reserved a slot at South Asian Townhall and introduced Catalyst + PA role (will provide link as soon as I get it from South Asian Townhall)
PA Training Details: This will be done as a part of the web3 fellowship hosted by Konma. We'll be using material created by Blockchain Training center (Stephanie King) for the training and onboarding. https://blockchainlearning.center/courses/proposal-assessor-training-for-cardano-project-catalyst/ We'll be using the material that was created in the Mana Cardano channel as well.
Oct 23rd: Report Card
In the last report we mentioned a pivot in the project to reach our impact goals. This report was submitted on Aug 24th, 2022.
We’d like to list the key milestones in the period of two months:
In the process of implementing a system with Konma where we can work together to funnel students from Indian schools and colleges into catalyst. The training will be taken care of by Cardano Whiteboard Video team. Another funnel we created was the South Asian Town Hall. The first South Asian Town Hall happened this week and starting next week, we’ll be making announcements for blockchain education and PA training starting next week. A video explanation for Catalyst and call to explore the PA training will be posted on the Mana Cardano youtube channel in the next 4-5 days.
New Impact Goals: Train 5-15 PAs Provide personalised support on Discord. (A server needs to be created or we need to find another solution for community management) Make the PA funnel from South Asian Town Hall permanent.

For an educational channel, we realized that marketing during a bear market is not easy at all. But we don't plan on stopping or slowing our work. :-)
Community building for the project will start after we have 10-15 videos created.
We started work on the project yesterday and will have more updates in the next progress report.
