This project is a comprehensive scalability research report with a nine-month timeframe. It is still in progress. We have been working concurrently with a second F8 funded report, which is currently being finalised. This scalability report is still in the data collation phase, and will be for atleast the next two months. Key tasks at this stage have included repository and article identification and collation through topic specific keyword searches; summary tabling of collated documents (according to reporting section outcomes), and developing a draft survey and participant list. We have had one team member move on to other commitments, so we currently have a team of three working through this project.
Key tasks last month have involved the finalisation of the draft Cross-Chain Collaboration report. This has involved paraphrasing core section content from summary collation documents (for 180+ sources) into the final report draft, fact-checking each reference, compiling the final citation list, restructuring the report where necessary and commencing final draft and proofing of all report sections including Executive Summary, Findings, Recommendations and Citations. Three team members have been responsible for paraphrasing, fact-checking and editing respectively. Our team communicates through a weekly zoom meeting, where we also coordinate and support a fourth team member who is driving research tasks on an additional project, during this finalisation phase.
We are now pleased to announced the formal conclusion of this project.
Since this report has concluded so close to the holiday period, our team has decided to disseminate the final report on January 1 2023. We will do so through team social channels including Twitter @research_guild, LinkedIn @research-guild and via Project Catalyst's close-out reporting pathway.

Key tasks at this stage have included repository and article identification and collation through topic specific keyword searches; summary tabling of collated documents according to reporting section outcomes, and developing a draft survey and participant list. The team has trialled a reference management system to enhance referencing efficiency.

This project is in the data collation phase. We have onboarded one part-time contributor to provide research assistance, and have interviewed the second and are awaiting availability. Key tasks at this stage have include repository and article identification and collation through topic specific keyword searches. The next phase will continue data collation through literature review and targeted surveys. We are also trialling a reference management system to enhance referencing efficiency.
We are still working through the finalisation of our RG002 report. This includes final drafting of the report analysis and recommendations sections. We have completed an up-to-date evaluation of F9 Cross-Chain proposal trends for inclusion in this report. We aim to finalise and close our project in the coming month.

Our project is moving from the research analysis phase into final report writing. Due to the extended F9 deadline, with voting results being released on September 27, we will likely extend our Sept 30 final report deadline into mid-October so that we can include an up-to-date evaluation of F9 Cross-Chain trends and initiatives. We aim to finalise and close our project in the coming month.
Document collation for this report is underway.
We are finalising the research collation phase this month and moving into the analysis phase. We will begin report drafting and finalisation next month.
The project admin and documentation set-up is complete. We have onboarded three researchers and are in the process of onboarding a fourth. We are working through the literature collation phase of another Catalyst research project, and then will focus on collation for this project this month.
We are transitioning from the Admin Set-Up phase of the project into the team-led Research phase.
This project is in the administrative set-up and capacity building phase.
