Solution: Establish a Continuous Open-Source Collaboration Platform designed to build Open-Source proposals from collective Catalyst contributions

Solution: Workshops that help entrepreneurs to create a proposal and effectively communicate with voters

Solution: Creating tools for gathering information from the community Information stored in Cardano network Data used for reports and insight

Solution: We will evolve a learning DAO with our existing SPO programme incubator community that ensures their ongoing support, and codify our experience to create a knowledge-base for future DAO developers.

Solution: Organize and deliver four Grassroots Governance Community Forums to bring together diverse individuals and projects across Cardano and other web3 ecosystems to address pressing governance questions

Solution: Ease learning of governance models & boost collaboration through the project-based learning Andamio framework, using on-chain tools to experiment & validate the effectiveness of teaching such models.

Solution: I am opening a discussion space to gather all the knowledge about different topics from roles to connections.

Together we will organize Catalyst research on Miro Board for visualization.

Solution: Build an open-source platform where the community can log and view changes to Catalyst governance parameters, and a team who will maintain oversight and report regularly to the community.

Solution: SWARM is due to its strong engagement in multiple blockchain ecosystems in a good position to generate an Innovative Treasury PBL which can help others to improve their systems
