We paid the last amount of ADA to the PA sub circle rep for the work he has done for Fund 8. We also paid a Toolmakers and Maintainers sub circle member for ongoing work he has been doing. Those were the only payments we made for work done by the sub circles. We made a document that shows all the fund requests and proof of work provided by the Sub circle reps.

We are improving the requesting process of funds. Reps will have to provide invoices when requesting funds. We are working on a document that will state the info required on these invoices. Reps also have to provide links to work completed if possible. This will all be included in this document. This document should be finished by next week and sent to all CC reps.

For Fund 8 we will try to ad more features to the dashboard and make improvements to the reporting side of things. To get a better view of the impact of this proposal. We will also work on a checklist for curating these fund requests. SPOs - Submitted SPO / Influencer info for payment, discussed potential track / trust vector with Atala Prism community, attempted but not quite organised a definitive breakout space for IOG SPO calls with Becca Hopwood. Discussed ways to build onboarding processes and education for onboarding people into Catalyst with Tevo, and set some ideas for improvement and contribution to Catalyst School

CA - Continued to Work with my CA Counterpart to on Fund Improvements for Fund9 (Discovery Sessions). Contributed to Circle V3 discussions and Catalyst TH and ATH. Had learning and plan implementation session with my mentor and sub Circle memebers Compilation of the Fund 8 CA/vCA Issues Log Daily monitoring and problem sensing in the channels Four official open discussion sessions for the groups Completion of the Discord Server to Rework Integration (for Project Workflow) Meeting with Stephen and Tevo for the Prioritized Problem process Formation of a Subcircle plan for beginning to solve for F8 Issues

TMM - Worked on Code of Conduct document - hope to work with the Circle to finalize that. Also work a bit on the CCv4 Voting process - hope to continue working with the Circle on that. Attended Town Halls and After Town Halls. Met with Subcircle rep and will continue to meet with them.

CF - Had meeting with Jeremy and Alex from CF to hear from them what they would like to see and know in Catalyst Circle 3, filled them in on what we do here at CC3, also had meeting with Pierre the partnership manager, to hear how I can assist him in connecting with the community. Hosted Twitter Space with CEO of CF to talk to the community about their future plans with Catalyst. Next I am having more spaces with CC3 reps to enable them to talk directly to the community, to set the records straight and to showcase their work.

Established process for the FP Sub Circle, attended various townhalls, had a discovery session with CA Rep regarding the Proposal Submission process spectrum. Over the next two weeks collate the feedback for the discovery session, meet with IOG reps regarding the FP problem backlog and address any issues that come up Been on various twitter spaces, some positive , some negative. On the positive ones I have been able to clarify roles of the Circle rep in regards to auditability of past proosals, ability to put present proposals, do we have special favoration in terms of funding of proposals, and to explain that we have no special powers, or preferential treatment. Also I have found that certain people in Twitter spaces think that free speech means that they can be rude , condescending and bullies. Whether insulting ma as a GAH or as a proposer, they seem to think its Kosher. This had to be handled and I handled it in an appropriate, logical manner. IF this sort of behaviour happens again from cyber bullies, i will handle it appropriately. I also reserved time on Friday and Last Thursday i think it was, to do the CoC. This finally happened on Monday. Nadia and I spent a very productive 100 minutes in discussion about what should go into the CoC. It turns out that Catalyst members have a lot ot adjusting of their behavior as well. SImply asking Circle members to abide by any CoC without the rest of Catalyst also abiding by one will make this role untanable for anyone. Once everyone has given their feedback i will be reviewing it and adding my thoughts since everything i thought was added into the initial draft. Met with Mentors Felix, Tevo also interfaced with Stephen on Circle Priority Board to review past and pending issues and their status. Also attended a Town Hall and After Town Hall and Twitter Space as well as Telegram. Added Two more SubCircle Folks for Africa TH and Pacific TH. Work on the Governance Roadmap and a deep dive into the community concerns around Circle members. Twitter Space with CEO of Cardano Foundation to hear CF's role in Catalyst and future involvement. Provided the community an open platform of discussion with CF to bridge the communications gap between the community, CF, and Catalyst.

Continue bridging the community with CF. Two CA/vCA ATH sessions Three Community Feedback sessions on F8 Collaborative completion of the vCA guide with Resolution Process Daily issues sensing and logging in the CA/vCA channels Regular dialogue with other circle members about the Circle Removal issue Individual sensing sessions with 2 new members Collaboration with Mercy to align the CA and FP roles' processes 75 Minute Meeting with Kenric on approach and update of the Github PPs Have been speaking in various Twitter Spaces regarding the Ada holders role, Circle Reps roles, Also got feedback from community regarding my performance particularly in regards to impeachment motion, my responses to the allegations made, and my general handling of the whole incident.I have also conducted three separate ATH sessions and presened slides at the TH meetings. One of them was the longest ATH in history from 12am to 6am my time. The other two were not well attended. One was to talk about the role of D Reps and the other was to talk about ADA holder role, as well as answer any questions regarding my role as circle rep while doing proposals as well. IT was also intended to answer questions people had regarding the Translation proposals. This is relating to meeting held on 31st March 2022

This is still very early and experimental. The funds have been used mostly for sub circle stipends and this will help Catalyst Circle gather more problems and solutions from the community. The process for this is very different in each designated community group and we need to explore ways to report on each group.

Catalyst Circle members are extremely engaged and continue to identify significant problems facing the community across all, or several, stakeholder groups in pursuit of their mutual objectives. With CCv3 there has been an expansion of community engagement through the formation of sub-circles to support the Circle members' activities. These direct connections into each of the represented communities are also improving the level of participation in Circle activities and interest in its function. In many cases, the Circle representatives have transitioned from strictly problem sensing to a solution-focused body that is experimenting with a ways to resolve outstanding issues of community governance.

We've created this dashboard for CC members to track the funds that are available to them and to put in requests from here. So far only one request has been paid out, but I know of 2 upcoming bigger requests that involves several wallets. They should happen in the next couple of days. So far it looks like sub circle stipends is the main use of these funds, but there are talks from the SPO rep about marketing resources. I don't know if we'll be able to cover all the stipends of Mercy (as each rep only has 2038 ADA available right now), but I believe she is putting something together and communicating with Kriss in order to get more funds released for her.

SPOs: The past two weeks has been spent assisting different SPO groups in submitting proposals for fund8 as we had the extended deadline. I ran several workshops in different circles of Pool Operators.

Over the next 2 weeks I am working on getting promotional material out to the community where we can help onboard CAs and promote project proposals or specific timelines (such as the upcoming deadline) through different mediums, such as spaces YT videos etc.

I am also taking interviews with SPOs and other proposers within the community to help spread awareness and provide promotional material to proposers, which I am using as an opportunity for problem sensing through conversations before and after the interviews.

Tool Makers and Maintainers: Met with Mentors Felix and Tevo to discuss Card on Prioritized Items. Met with June Akra to discuss SubCircle role for Eastern Town Hall.

General ADA Holder: I have spoken to many people one on one regarding what they like about the community and want to improve and what they consider as issues and want to address themselves or have addressed by the circle. I have also introduced myself in various groups and forums as GAH and invited people to connect with me. Apart from this I have spoken on Climate Neutral Cardano and the gimbalabs twitter space as GAH and invited people to connect with me. I have also created three surveys a. ADA holder questionnaire - your vision for the community b. D Reps whats hot and whats not . This was in response to a concern raised by one member as we know nothing much about D reps and why it was put in the first place. and 3. What should Circle members be paid. This was because the earlier proposal passed in F7 for 1000$ for 3 months was not adequate and had not been put to the community. There was heated opposition from senior members of the communnity who accused me of abusing my position . I had to speak strongly to this, as the person was going from community to community where i had posted my survey and finding fault with me and saying I had abused my position. I laid out in logical detail as to why this was not the case. . I have also had conversations with Allison Fromm on TG on a regular basis, asking her questions as they arise and had a 30 min call with her on Monday14th and discussed at length as to ways to reach the community. She had started a plan to do a Reddit group which I am also planning to do this coming week.

Community Advisors: "The past two weeks have included:

(1) Two ATH Sessions on vCA Process Improvements and Community Advisor Solutions (2) Update of the F8 CA Assessment Guide in collaboration with the community and IOG (3) Daily sensing of the Telegram and Discord Channels (4) Completion of the CA Treasury proposal in the CA Improvements Challenge to found a rapid funding treasury on behalf of the CA/vCA group (and related meetings/discussion) (5) Weekly sessions with the Education and Communications working subcircles to support and encourage process on upgrades to their related processes (6) Support of the build of the CA/vCA Discord Server as an initial sensing tool (7) Collaboration with multiple other groups in order to encourage CA registration for F8: Cardano for Climate, Pacific Town Hall, Women in Blockchain, and other Circle Members (8) Input to the Women in Blockchain group to design and host an ATH focused on onboarding those interested in the CA role (9) Other general duties like creating the slides and logging community issues.

The Coming 2 Weeks Goals:

(1) Monitor the CA/vCA channels for issues sensing, logging real time questions, guidance and opportunities for future use as well as responding to community needs/questions (2) Complete the gaps in the vCA process: the guide, plan for arbitration phases and forming of a Task Force (3) Hold two ATHs (4) Set up individual meetings with the new members of the CA community to deepen relationships and encourage involvement in the group (5) Weekly sessions with the sub circle groups to integrate the communications tools with our onboarding efforts. (6) Create a recommendations doc with suggestions for F9 changes based on F8 realities (7) Meet with Kenric to clean up and update our CA Prioritized Problems Github board (8) Write as many assessments as possible to support the process (9) Connect again with my fellow Circle reps to follow up on some of the issues discussed.

Funded Proposer: Formed sub- Circle comprising 7 members. Did two presentations to General Towmhall and 2 to the African TH. Also hosted an After TH session. Presented 3 prioritized issues to the Circle v3 first and second meetings with follow-up. For next 2 weeks, continue to receive feedback from community and follow-up. Network with fellow circle members to resolve issues. Do presentations to THs
